San Jose Mayor Ben Patron honors contact tracers
The COVID-19 situation in San Jose would not be under control were it not for its contact traces.
San Jose Mayor Ben Patron honored them for their work, especially after the town’s contact tracers received the Best Practice award for Calabarzon.
In a Facebook post, Patron said he also issued certificates to the contract tracers to recognize their contribution to the pandemic response.
The local government appreciates their sacrifices and contribution in the fight against COVID-19, he said.
The risks they face did not stop them from fulfilling their duties, he noted.
He thanked them for their service to the people.
They are the local government’s partners in these trying times!
#TuloyTuloyNaSerbisyo,” Patron posted.
