Mabuhay ang kaliwete, says Taytay Councilor Papoo Cruz
Taytay Councilor Papoo Cruz is one of the few left-handers in the world, and he made sure to greet his fellow southpaws during International Left-Handers Day.
In a Facebook post, Cruz shared that only 10 percent of the population in the world are left handed.
He knows the ordeals that go with this condition.
They don’t benefit from the mostly right handed armchairs in school and their papers are almost always smudged, he said.
Even scissors and peelers are made for right-handed persons, he added.
But there are also advantages to being left-handed, he said.
It is said that they are better at multi-tasking and have more creative minds, he noted.
Don’t fret about being a lefty!
“Happy International Left-Handers Day mga ka-kaliwete!
