Wanna go meatless? Calamba Councilor Rajay Lajara invites his constituents to try out mushroom dishes

Jul 13, 2021 @ 9:36

Those who are trying to be healthy and lessen their meat consumption can check out these mushroom dishes that Calamba Councilor Rajay Lajara discovered.

In a Facebook post, Lajara shard that he visited  Majada Out Mushroom Growers Farm and learned that mushrooms can be used as a substitute for meat.

Majada Out Mushroom Growers isa small group that aims to promote the use and the cultivation of mushrooms.

It is able to find uses for all parts of the mushroom, he said.

He called on the public to try the different products that it offers.

Not only are they yummy, they are healthy as well, he said.

Mushroom sisig and lumpia, anyone?

Kakaiba, masarap at masustansiya!
