Now that many business and tourist sites are reopening, those who want to study something ancient could check out the Angono-Binangonan Petroglyphs.

In a Facebook post, Angono Mayor Jeri Mae Calderon said the National Museum has coordinated with the town for the promotion of the petroglyphs.

These are very old human and animal figures carved into a rock wall and probably made during the Neolithic period.

Calderon said the site of the petroglyphs, which have been declared by the National Museum as a National Cultural Treasure, is now open for visitors.

Those who want to check these out could coordinate with the Munpal Tourism, Culture, and Arts Office, she said.

Why not check out the works of our ancestors?
