Mayor Randy Salamat praises jeepney driver who safely pulled over before suffering heart attack
Alfonso, Cavite Mayor Randy Salamat offered his condolences and admiration to a jeepney driver from the town who safely pulled over before succumbing to heart attack.
Rollon’s passengers were surprised when he suddenly pulled over to the side of the road and stopped in front of the Tagaytay Hall of Justice.
The worried passengers tried to help him and a fellow jeepney driver stopped to help him bring to a hospital. Rollon, however, was declared dead upon arrival.
The 55-year-old had been driving for over 20 years earned the admiration of his thankful passengers.
