Mayor Maliksi: Imus all set for 123rd Philippine Independence Day

Jun 8, 2021 @ 14:22

Mayor Emmanuel Maliksi said Imus City is already prepared for the commemoration of the 123rd Philippine Independence Day less than a week before the annual celebration.

Sharing photos of Philippine flags displayed along Imus City Plaza in Cavite, the Politiko said despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, celebrations such as the country’s independence will always be observed.

Imus is the site where the first Philippine flag was flown, making it the “Flag Capital of the Philippines”.
