Be a hero, donate blood! Nagcarlan Vice Mayor Rexon Arevalo to host blood donation drive

Many people continue to need blood in these times, and Nagcarlan Vice Mayor Rexon Arevalo is making sure there will be something for them.

Arevalo is holding a mass blood donation even on June 11 in honor of Independence Day in coordination with the Philippine Red Cross in Laguna, according to a post on his Facebook page.

The St. Bartholomew Parish Church, National Movement of Young Legislators and Police Municipal Advisory Council will also join the endeavor to be held at the Sanctuario de San Bartolome, St. Bartholomew Parish Church, Brgy. Poblacion Uno.

The Vice Mayor invited his constituents to participate in the activity, saying donating blood is an act of heroism.

Batid po ng inyong lingkod na sa panahong ito, marami ang nangangailangan ng dugo, kaya naman sa ikalimang pagkakataon, kaalinsabay din ng parating na pagdiriwang ng Araw ng Kalayaan, isasagawa po ng Tanggapan ng Pangalawang Punumbayan Kgg. Rexon V. Arevalo ang Mass Blood Donation at sa pagtataguyod ng Philippine Red Cross – Laguna Chapter kung saan ang inyo pong lingkod ay isa sa mga Board of Directors nito. Gayundin ay nakipag-ugnayan po tayo sa St. Bartholomew Parish Church, National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) at Police Municipal Advisory Council (PMAC) bilang mga samahang kabalikat sa pagsasakatuparan ng nasabing gawain.

Gaganapin po ito sa ika-11 ng Hunyo, 2021 (Biyernes), 8:00 am – 2:00 pm sa Sanctuario de San Bartolome, St. Bartholomew Parish Church, Brgy. Poblacion Uno, Nagcarlan, Laguna.

Ang malayang pagkakaloob ng dugo ay isang kabayanihan, kaya halina’t mag-donate at maging isang #LifeSaver!
