Laguna Board Member Angelica Jones Alarva returns to exercise after COVID recovery
Laguna Board Member Angelica Jones Alarva is getting her strength back after surviving COVID 19.
In a Facebook post, Alarva shared that she has started exercising on the treadmill again after being discharged from the hospital last month.
She has also been sleeping and waking up early, upon the instruction of her doctor who advised her not to stay up late.
She is also avoiding negative people to have less stress, and is avoiding meat, fatty and oily food, coffee, tea, and smoking.
She also takes her medicines regularly and prays daily.
She is grateful for the discipline and her eyebags and wrinkles are gone, too.
She’s on her way to a healthier version of her self!
