Santa Cruz Vice Mayor Laarni Malibiran wouldn’t be able to help as many people as she could without kind and generous friends.
Malibiran expressed her appreciation for one of them, Dr. Edgar Palacol, for helping the patient she refers to the San Pablo District Hospital for free swab tests.
In a Facebook post, Malibiran spoke of the kindness and hard work of the doctor who is also her good friend.
The doctor is just one message away when she needs him, she said.
Friends like these are truly a blessing!
