Binan Mayor Arman Dimaguila has reminded his constituents that they don’t need to rush to markets and groceries for the week-long enhanced community quarantine.

In a Facebook post, Dimaguila said there was no need for panic buying because wet markets, supermarkets, and stores will remain open even under strict lockdown.

Panic buying will just make these areas crowded and increase the risk of infection.

So just remain calm!

“Huwag tayong mag panic-buying, khit ECQ bukas pa rin ang mga palengke, supermarkets at tindahan,” Dimaguila posted.
