Cainta Mayor Kit Nieto convinces brgy health workers to get vaccinated
Not all barangay health workers in Cainta wanted to get the COVID 19 at first.
But Mayor Kit Nieto was able to make them change their minds.
In a Facebook post, Nieto said he talked to the workers and asked them how they could help him go around to help people if they won’t get protected against COVID.
He reminded them that they could be infecting other Cainta residents as well.
If he had been allowed to do so, he would have been first in line for the vaccine, he said.
And it looks like he was able to convince them, as they lined up for the shots the next day.
Even if he hasn’t been vaccinated himself, the mayor was an effective influencer!
