When it comes to COVID 19 vaccines, Angono is going for something European, not Chinese.
Angono Mayor Jeri Mae Calderon announced on Facebook that the municipal council has approved the confidentiality agreement for the purchase of AstraZeneca vaccines.
She has signed the deal as well, she added.
The town will get an initial few doses for priority sectors, such as frontliners and senior citizens.
Pre-registration will be opened later for those who want to get vaccinated, she added.
Like other LGUs, Angono prefers the United Kingdom vaccine!
