A town can accomplish a lot if its executive and legislative branches have a good working relationship.

This is the case in Majayjay, according to Mayor Jojo Clado.

In a Facebook post, Clado paid tribute to the hardworking Sangguniang Bayan.

He said the town council is always ready to get down to work to approve programs that he has proposed to help the people, especially during the pandemic.

These include measures to lower taxes, allocate funds for assistance and make requests to national government agencies.

The mayor thanked them for all that they ahve done.

He knows they are tired from the all the work they have to do, but still continue to support him.

In Majayjay, no dirty politics get in the way and the mayor and the council are united for the good of the town, he said.

May this harmony last!

“My hardworking Sangguniang Bayan!
