Cavite Board Member Kerby Salazar has shared one way to love yourself this 2021.

In a Facebook post, Salazar said one form of self-love is resisting the urge to announce things publicly when you can celebrate these privately.

In this age of social media, this may not be easy for some people.

But it looks like Salazar is committed to avoid oversharing!

“A form of self love is getting rid of the urge to announce things publicly, and celebrating them silently or privately. 💕,” Salazar posted.
