Jump for joy! Batangas Board Member Claudette Ambida shares jumping rope journey
Batangas Board Member Claudette Ambida kept fit and challenged herself in 2020 through her jumping rope.
Ambida talked about her jump rope journey on Facebook and even shared a video of her doing her favorite exercise.
In her post, she said she did not become an expert right away when she started using a jumping rope in July 2020 to become fit, she said.
Because of her busy schedule, she had to stop for a while. However, she missed the activity so she took it up again and began jumping for 30 minutes.
Now, it has become her regular exercise routine.
Ambida could not help but laugh at her videos as a beginner, when she thought she was already so good.
Looking back, it was not the case, she said.
But she was able to improve over several weeks and she thanked all those who inspired her and pushed her to do better.
She has shown that you don’t always have to be good, you just have to be determined.
She still has room for improvement, but she’s gone a long way from the bottom, she added.
Keep on jumping!
