Call off that drinking session! General Luna Mayor Matt Florido extends liquor ban to December 10
If you’re a General Luna resident raring for a drink, you’re going to have to wait a little bit longer to enjoy your drinking session.
General Luna Mayor Matt Florido announced on Facebook that he had extended the liquor ban in town to December 10.
This was because the town continues to have a lot of active COVID 19 cases, he explained.
He asked his constituents to bear with this restriction for the meantime.
It is meant to protect them from the disease to make sure they would have a happy Christmas.
There will be time to celebrate with your favorite drink later!
“Dahil sa marami pa rin tayong active cases, LIQUOR BAN is hereby extended until December 10, 2020. Konteng tiis lang po muna tayo para masaya ang ating darating na Pasko.
🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤,” Florido posted.
