Last minute applicants to blame for expressway traffic, says Batangas Vice Gov. Mark Leviste
Batangas Vice Gov. Mark Leviste could not help but notice how Filipinos tend to put things off at the last minute.
Leviste shared his observation on Facebook as he noted the traffic gridlock at the southbound lane of the STAR tollway in Batangas.
The huge volume of vehicles was due to motorists lining up for their RFID stickers.
Filipinos have really made it a habit of doing things at the last minute, he said.
He advised them to take care and to be patient as they lined up on the road.
He also wished for them to have a nice first day of December.
Looks like he could afford to chill because he didn’t procrastinate!
“Traffic din sa STAR Batangas City (Southbound) dahil pala sa mga nakapila para sa RFID. Pinoy nga naman; laging last minute kung dumale. Ingat kayo and be patient. Drive safely and have a nice 1st day of December! 🤠,” Leviste posted.
