September 21 does not mean dark days for Taytay Mayor Joric Gacula
When September 21 rolls around, Taytay Mayor Joric Gacula has memories of love, not oppression like martial law victims.
This is because September 21 is his wedding anniversary, Gacula said on Facebook.
He said his version of martial law on September 21 did not bring abuses, just love, support, and understanding from his wife Joan.
He greeted his wife a happy anniversary and thanked her for all she has done for their family.
He also shared valuable advice about how to achieve a happy marriage.

Ang payo ko sa mga bagong kasal ay ito:
TWO GOLDEN RULES TO A HAPPY MARRIAGE.
1) The wife is always right…
2) When you think she is wrong,
slap yourself and read rule no. 1
Happy 29th anniversary Joan and looking forward to many happy returns of this day. Thank you for the love and sacrifices,” Gacula posted.
