Laguna Governor Ramil Hernandez makes sure he follows health protocols while keeping fit through biking.

Hernandez recently shared photos of himself biking with some peers in Calamba City on August 30.

“Napakaraming ahon pero enjoy and challenging,” he said.

Since biking can be tiresome, Hernandez said there were times he had to put down his mask to breathe freely.

“’Di maiiwasang magbaba ng mask sandali to get oxygen pero I made sure na malayo ang distance sa mga kasama,” he said.
