Cainta Mayor Kit Nieto knocks on doors to give flu shots
There is no COVID 19 vaccine yet, but flu shots can help protect people.
This is why Cainta Mayor Kit Nieto has resumed his program where municipal health workers go door to door to administer the anti-pneumococcal vaccine to members of the vulnerable sector.
In a Facebook post, Nieto cited the World Health Organization, which said the vaccine could help senior citizens ward off the virus that causes COVID 19.
The door to door vaccine program prioritizes the senior citizens of the town and is given for free, he said.
Don’t close your door to this preventive measure!
“Myerkoles ngayon.
