Masakit pala! Alfonso Mayor Randy Salamat tears up during swab test
Alfonso Mayor Randy Salamat had himself tested for COVID 19 after a worker in the town hall was found positive for the disease, and he learned the hard way that the swab test was no picnic.
In a Facebook post, Salamat said the experience was painful and he teared up.
He said he has been experiencing no symptoms of the disease, but had himself tested just the same to be sure he is no carrier since he interacts with a lot of people.
He also said he lined up for the test and was given no special treatment.
Since the rules will not be out for 4 to 5 days, he would be on self quarantine for that time.
He would use the break to come up with more plans to improve the town, he said.
He also said he is praying for a negative result because there is still a lot of work he has to do.
Fingers crossed that he is COVID-free!
“RELAX…. INHALE….. PASOK….
