Take it from the doctor! Quezon Rep. Helen Tan explains the importance of face masks

Four months into the lockdown, some people still haven’t gotten the hang of wearing masks.
Quezon Rep. Helen Tan, a doctor, issued a reminder on Facebook on how important a mask is during the COVID 19 pandemic.
In her post, Tan said various expert studies have shown that masks can prevent the transmission of viruses, including the one that causes COVID 19.
This is why everyone is encouraged to wear their masks to protect themselves and the people around them, she said.
This is the doctor’s advice!

Napatunay po sa pag-aaral ng iba’t-ibang mga eksperto na ang pagsusuot ng face mask ay makatutulong upang iwasan ang mga virus tulad ng sanhi ng COVID 19. Kaya naman para makaiwas, hinihikayat ang lahat na ugaliin ang pagsusuot ng face mask para sa ating kalusugan at kalusugan ng ating mga mahal sa buhay.
