Contact tracing is effective, says Calaca Mayor Nas Ona
Experts have been stressing the need for contact tracing to handle the COVID 19 crisis, and Calaca Mayor Nas Ona has proven its good use.
In a Facebook post, Ona said Calaca has not let up in its contact tracing efforts amid the pandemic.
Because of this, it was able to trace two new COVID 19-positive individuals, he said.
The two new cases are frontliners, so it was important to isolate them to help them recover, he said.
The two are also asymptomatic and would stay at the quarantine centers.
He is hoping for their recovery soon.
He also asked for prayers for their welfare.
Let’s look for the positives and take care of them!
#LoveAndPrayers,” Ona posted.
