Batangas Board Member Claudette Ambida gives aid to LGBTQ members for pride month
Batangas Board Member Claudette Ambida didn’t let Pride Month conclude without doing something for members of the LGBTQ community.
In a Facebook post, Ambida said 700 members of the community would receive aid from her and Board Member Arthur Blanco from provincial funds.
This was in coordination with Gov. Dodo Mandanas and Vice Gov. Mark Leviste, she said.
She said the aid is not enough for all of them, but this is all they could afford for now.
We could also show our support for the LGBTQ community in other ways!
