Don’t forget to sweat, says Calamba Vice Mayor Ross Rizal
With many people rendered idle during the lockdown, Calamba Vice Mayor Ross Rizal issued a reminder to them not to forget exercise.
In a Facebook post, Rizal called on his constituents to allocate tie for exercise.
He said that as per the Department of Health, exercising for 15 to 30 minutes would strengthen our bodies and our immune system.
He suggested Zumba videos that people could access online and said they could make exercising a family affair to make it more fun.
You can emerge from the lockdown fitter and healthier!
#VMRossCOVIDReminders,” Rizal posted.
