Bawal magutom! Taytay Mayor Joric Gacula brings bread to detainees and police personnel
People locked up for violating rules or the law don’t deserve to go hungry.
Taytay Mayor Joric Gacula and his wife Joan made sure the detainees at the Taytay Temporary Lock Up Facility had something to eat by bringing them cream rolls in different flavors.
The couple also gave bread to the police personnel stationed at the facility, the mayor said in a Facebook post.
Even those behind bars could use some help, he said.
Now they won’t go hungry while their cases are being processed!
#bestTaytay,” Gacula posted.
