Serbisyong totoo! Loyolas give rice to tricycle drivers
Carmona Mayor Roy Loyola and his wife, Cavite Rep. Dahlia Loyola, were unfazed by the threat of COVID-19 as they sought to give relief to tricycle drivers affected by the pandemic.
The Loyolas recently distributed five-kilo rice packs to members of Carmona’s Tricycle Operators and Drivers’ Association (TODA).
In a Facebook post, Roy said the distribution of the rice packs was part of the local government’s efforts to help vulnerable sectors hit the hardest by the COVID-19 crisis.
The rice sacks were donated to the local government by ROHM Electronics Philippines Inc.
