Barangay residents all negative for COVID 19, says Ibaan Mayor Joy Salvame
Ibaan Mayor Joy Salvame has freed residents of a barangay from a strict lockdown after all those who had been in close contact with a COVID 19 patient tested negative for the disease.
In a Facebook post, Salvame said the 4-day lockdown in Barangay Catandala has been lifted.
Ibaan continues to have one COVID 19 case.
She said residents of the barangay could now visit the market and report for work.
But they have to continue to be careful and follow health protocols.
We’re sure they wouldn’t want to be locked down again!
