Taytay Vice Mayor Michell Bermundo asks for patience for those who haven’t received food aid
Taytay Vice Mayor Michell Bermundo has asked her constituents for understanding after several of them complained that the chicken she was distributing never reached their areas.
Some said all she did was to pose for photo ops or to tout the assistance even though some did not get these.
In a Facebook post, Bermundo asked for understanding.
She said the distribution is ongoing, and the areas who have not gotten the chicken should not worry.
According to her, the local government only gets 2,000 pieces of chicken a day, so the distribution in the different areas is not simultaneous.
There is a schedule for every area, she added.
Goodvibes only ✌🏻 Godbless everyone 🙏🏻,” Bermundo posted.
