Don’t forget to scan, says Carmona Mayor Roy Loyola
Carmona is turning to technology to keep track of possible carriers of the new coronavirus.
Carmon Mayor Roy Loyola said on Facebook that the town’s information technology unit has started posting QR codes at establishments frequented by people.
All the have to do is to scan the codes so that they would be recorded by the town’s COVID 19 tracker, he said.
For those without the app on their phones, they could scan the other QR codes. They could choose the ones for ios or Android phones, he said.
He called on the people to participate in these contact tracing efforts.
This is for their own good!
Loyola posted.
