Mag-BFF na! Ramil Hernandez thanks Jonvic Remulla for letting Laguna resident be tested for COVID-19 in Cavite
Despite their light-hearted ribbing of each other, Laguna Governor Ramil Hernandez and Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla are good friends who are bent on fighting the COVID-19 crisis in their own way.
Hernandez recently thanked Remulla for allowing a resident of Laguna to be tested for COVID-19 at a testing facility in Cavite.
In an April 25 Facebook post, Hernandez said he had to ask Remulla to accommodate the suspected COVID-19 patient from Laguna as the province’s own testing center was still under construction.
“Utang na loob po naming mga taga-Laguna ito hindi lamang sa inyong gobernador kundi sa mga mamamayan ng Cavite. Ikanga, sino pa bang magtutulungan kundi magkakapitbahay,” he said.
Hernandez said the spirit of bayanihan between Laguna and Cavite echo their joint efforts to help residents of Batangas who were affected by Taal Volcano’s eruption in January.
Dear Gov. Jonvic, Sana naman ay maunawaan ka ng mga taga-Cavite sa iyong naging desisyong na pansamantalang tanggapin…
