8,000 trike drivers get help from city govt, says Calamba Mayor Justin Chipeco
Calamba Mayor Justin Chipeco says the 8,000 tricycle drivers in his city will be taken care of during the Luzon-wide quarantine.
In a Facebook post, Chipeco said he distributed aid to the drivers, as they were the most affected by the enhanced community quarantine that shut down public transportation.
He vowed to address the needs of all affected sectors during this crisis.
All he asks is the people stay at home during this time.
The mayor is in!
👍👍,” Chipeco posted.
