Four more individuals living in Cavite have tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), Governor Jonvic Remulla said Monday, March 23.
In a Facebook post, Remulla said two of the patients were male and from Naic. They are aged 62 years old and 71 years old.
Another confirmed COVID-19 case is a 30-year-old female from Tanza while another is a 67-year-old female from Indang.
Remulla said there is also one reported COVID-19 patient in Cavite City but her status has yet to be confirmed by the provincial health office.
He appealed to residents to follow the community quarantine guidelines to protect themselves from contracting COVID-19.
“Alam ko po na napakahirap ng crisis na dala ng Covid. Kapag sumunod tayo lahat sa patakaran ay mas mabilis natin malalagpasan ito,” Remulla said.
