Sta. Rosa Mayor Arlene Arcillas provides transpo for health workers, taps jeeps and trikes

Sta. Rosa Mayor Arlene Arcillas is providing emergency transport for essential workers in the city who are part of efforts to address the COVID 19 pandemic.

A post on Arcillas’ Facebook page said she had talked with jeepney operators to service limited routes for the frontline workers and health personnel.

Those who would be going to hospitals would be allowed to use these as well.

She is also taking with tricycle drivers and other transport groups.

Those who would be allowed to ride the vehicles have to show their ID as proof that they are allowed on the road.

Mayor to the rescue!



Para sa mga bayani sa laban sa COVID-19, naglaan ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Santa Rosa ng emergency vehicles upang masiguro na tuloy-tuloy ang serbisyo sa panahon ng Enhanced Community Quarantine.

Ito ay naganap matapos kausapin ni Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas ang mga jeepney operators na magkaroon ng limitadong biyahe upang may masakyan ang frontliners at health workers.

Kasama din ang may mga emergency tulad mga magpupunta sa ospital.

Inisyal na ruta pa lamang ito dahil kinakausap din ni Mayor Arlene Arcillas ang mga tricycle drivers at iba pang grupo ng transportasyon para pagsilbihan ang mga interyor ng lungsod.

Makikita sa post ang schedule at terninal ng mga emergency vehicles. Ipakita lamang ang opisyal na ID ng opisina para makasakay.

May social distancing measures na ipinapatupad,” Arcillas’ Facebook page posted.
