Batangas Board Member Claudette Ambida tries a different kind of diet
Batangas Board Member Claudette Ambida is trying a different kind of diet this week.
Ambida’s diet does not include cutting out meat or carbs; instead, it requires her to cut down on her social media use.
In a Facebook post, she said she would undergo a social media detox for one week and would try to make her followers miss her.
She also urged them to do the same as acto themselves.
Disconnecting from social media could prompt them to connect with others face to face and make them return to basic forms of communication, she said.
And if you need her, you could call, text or visit her at her office.
Time to go offline!
“Para simulan ang unang araw ng Marso,
Para mamiss nyo din naman ako.
Try ko muna wala social media, 1 week lang.
Kayo? Challenge tayo, try nyo rin!
Disconnect to Connect!
Back to Basic.
Kung may kailangan po kayo, call, text or puntahan nyo ko:),” Ambida posted.
