Tuloy ang ligaya! Laguna Rep. Ruth Mariano Hernandez says Anilag Festival to push through in April
Covid 19 may have sidelined some events, but Laguna has decided to let the festivities push through in April.
Laguna Rep. Ruth Mariano Hernandez said on Facebook that her hubby, Laguna Gov. Ramil Hernandez, has decided that the Anilag Festival would push through from April 18 to April 25.
She said the Department of Health, Department of the Interior and Local Government, and Department of Tourism have given the go signal for public festivities as long as there are steps taken to prevent the spread of the virus.
She reminded Laguna residents to frequently wash their hands, and get medical attention if they get cough, colds, sore throat, and fever.

Atin na pong napagpasyahan na ituloy ang pagdaraos ng Anilag Festival 2020 mula April 18 hanggang April 25, 2020.
Tiniyak po kamakailan ng Department of Health, Department of the Interior and Local Government, at ng Department of Tourism na ang pagdalo sa mga pampublikong pagtitipon, pulong at pagdiriwang sa Pilipinas ay maaaring magpatuloy hangga’t ang mga hakbang sa pag-iwas at pag-iingat ay sinusunod upang hadlangan ang pagkalat ng coronavirus disease 2019 o COVID-19.
Nais naming ipaalala sa lahat na sundin ang self-protection measures gaya ng regular na paghuhugas ng kamay, at humingi ng medikal na atensyon kung may mga palatandaan ng ubo, sipon, namamagang lalamunan at lagnat,” Hernandez posted.
