Still in love! Gemma Lubigan poses with hubby’s photo on Valentine’s Day

Former Trece Martires Vice Mayor Alex Lubigan may be gone for over a year now, but his memory remains in the heart of his wife, Mayor Gemma Lubigan.
The mayor showed her love for her late husband by posing beside his photo at the city hall on Valentine’s Day.
Lubigan even dressed for the occasion, wearing a red, off shoulder attire.
In a Facebook post, the mayor explained why she decided to wear red on Feb. 14.
“Oh di ba naka RED ako… Dahil IN LOVE po ako sa inyo mga TRECEÑOS!!!❤️❤️❤️ Love ko po kayong lahat!!!!” she said.
