Alfonso Mayor Randy Salamat is happy with his Salamat Doc to Door & Botika on Wheels program that makes it easier for the elderly and the infirm to get the health care they need.
In a Facebook post, Salamat said he is continuing this program and bringing it to more barangays.
Under this, the doctors and medical staff visit the homes of Alfonsenos who do not have the capability to travel to medical centers and get themselves checked.
The local government is bringing the doctors and the medicines to them.
Those who know someone who could use this kind of help would just have to inform their barangay health workers so that these people could be included in the list.

Tuloy tuloy pa din po ang ating programang Salamat Doc to Door & Botika on Wheels.
Sa programa pong ito ay binibigyan ng medical attention ang mga Alfonseño na wala ng kakayanan o hirap ng magpatingin sa ating pagamutang bayan. Ang doktor at gamot na po mismo ang dadalhin natin sa kanilang mga tahanan.
