Magallanes Mayor Jasmin Maligaya Bautista says evacuees get all the relief goods
The relief goods that poured in for the Taal Volcano evacuees are all going to their intended recipients, according to Magallanes Mayor Jasmin Maligaya Bautista.
The goods were so numerous that the evacuees would be taking them home now that the lockdown in their towns has been lifted, Bautista said on Facebook.
She also shared a photo of all the items the displaced residents would get before they go back to Batangas.
These would all be packed and distributed to them when they go to the operation center, she added.
She asked people to refrain from sharing false information about the relief goods.
The evacuees will get what is due them!
😊,” Bautista posted.
