No forever when it comes to suffering, says Alfonso Mayor Randy Salamat
When it comes to the suffering of people displaced by Taal Volcano’s eruption, walang forever is a good thing.
Alfonso Mayor Randy Salamat said the dismal phrase “walang forever” is correct in this case, since the residents affected by the calamity would soon be able to get able to get back on their feet.
The lord will not abandon them, he said in a Facebook post.
He also said the evacuees would be returning home with a lot of items since donations poured in for them in the past few days.
There were so many donations that they could not even carry them all.
But they don’t need to fret because Alfonso will bring these to Batangas, he said.
Things are looking up, indeed!
