Pila Council accepting donations for Taal Volcano evacuees, says Councilor Allan Matienzo
The town council of Pila, Laguna has gone beyond its duties and is now collecting donations that could be given to people affected by the eruption of Taal Volcano.
In a Facebook post, Pila Councilor Allan Matienzo said anybody who would like to give clothes, toiletries, sleeping materials, caned goods and other items could knock on the door of the Sanggunian.
The councilors will make sure these would go to those who need them.
Everybody’s pitching in!
