Keep an eye on your cows and carabaos, says Ibaan Mayor Joy Salvame

Dec 3, 2019 @ 13:22

Ibaan Mayor Joy Salvame has raised the alarm about incidents of cattle rustling in her town.

In a Facebook post, Salvame said incidents of cows and carabaos being taken from their owners have been reported.

In one incident, a carabao worth P55,000 was taken, and it was later found dead and without its internal organs, which were apparently taken to be sold.

She called on people to keep an eye out for suspicious characters.

The taking of cattle does not just deprive their owners of their property, it also deprives them of livelihood!
