Children are nurtured in Carmona, says Mayor Roy Loyola
Carmona Mayor Roy Loyola is proud that one of the flagship programs of his administration has gotten recognition from the top.
Carmona received the Award for Child-Friendly Municipalities and Cities, an award it first got in 2017 under the term of his wife, then Mayor Dahlia Loyola.
In a Facebook post, the mayor vowed to continue to provide exemplary programs that would meet the needs of children and uphold their rights related to health, education, and social protection and participation.
Children will find a good home in Carmona!
