Taxman auctions off office castoffs in San Pablo City

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has announced that it will hold a public auction for unserviceable properties and waste materials in San Pablo City this coming Thursday, November 14.
Various office supplies including air conditioners, printers, calculators, desktop computers, and even fire extinguishers are up for sale for prospective buyers.
The public auction will be held at the Regional Conference Room, BIR Building, Barangay San Nicolas, 10:00 AM.
Bidders are reminded to bring their Certificate of Registration and current Mayor’s Permit. A bond will also be required, equivalent to 10 percent of the bidder’s offer.
“The Bureau of Internal Revenue reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality therein, and accept any or all offers that may be considered advantageous to the Bureau,” BIR said in the notice.
