Kadamay na tunay: Andeng Ynares gives wheelchairs, crutches to Antipolo’s PWDs

Sep 8, 2019 @ 21:55

Antipolo Mayor Andeng Ynares showed her concern for the city’s persons with disabilities (PWDs) by giving them wheelchairs and crutches to aid in their mobility.

A total of 31 PWDs received the wheelchairs and crutches from Ynares in an event held last week.

Since 2013, the city government has given wheelchairs, crutches and walkers to over 400 PWDs, stroke patients and elderly residents.

Ynares announced that the city government will build a rehabilitation facility for stroke patients, as well as those with spinal cord and sports injuries.

The park and center for senior citizens are also worth looking forward to.
