Health is wealth: Mark Leviste undergoes executive checkup
Batangas Vice Governor-elect Mark Leviste has finally found the time to undergo an executive checkup after the elections.
Leviste shared on Facebook a photo of him at St. Luke’s Medical Center at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. He was wearing a hospital gown for the executive checkup.
In the post’s caption, the incoming Vice Governor urged everyone to get a checkup, particularly if they are more than 40 years old.
“Most of us take this process for granted, some are even stubborn to have themselves checked, many feel shy about the idea, others would rather go on a vacation instead of seeking consultation, while the rest work immediately after. Whether you’re a politician or not, it is our duty to keep ourself, our body, our mind, our spirit in good health,” he said.
Leviste said it’s better if one rests and takes time for self-renewal before going back to work because health is wealth.
