Former Laguna Board Member Angelica Jones Alarva says challenges of being a solo parent is worth it

May 13, 2019 @ 9:22

Former Laguna Board Member Angelica Jones Alarva, who is seeking to return to her old post, loves being a mom despite the challenges that come from being a solo parent.

In a Facebook post, she said it wasn’t easy being both the mom and the dad to her son Angelo.

But whenever she sees her sweet, thoughtful, caring, and loving son, she feels motivated to be a good mother.

It is also why she had pushed for the approval of an ordinance to provide benefits to solo parents in Laguna.

Being a other is not easy, but it is sure worth it!

“Happy Mothers day to my mom and all Mother.

Thank u to my son Angelo for being sweet, thoughtful, caring and loving son❤

Bilang isang ina at Solo Parent…

FOR THE PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, FAMILY CODE, RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS TO THEIR CHILDREN AND WOMENS RIGHTS.
