Happiness overload! Ramil Hernandez joins the fun at Kamoteng Kahoy Festival

Laguna governor Ramil Hernandez joined residents of Kalayaan town in celebrating the value of the humble kamoteng kahoy during the festival held in its honor recently.

Hernandez was the guest of honor at the Kamoteng Kahoy Festival, which coincided with the town’s 111th founding anniversary. He was warmly welcomed by Mayor Leni Adao and members of the local council.

The town of Kalayaan, which is home to the Twin Falls, takes pride in being a source of kamoteng kahoy. The crop is also a source of income for its residents.

During the festival, various delicacies made from kamoteng kahoy were served to the revelers.

Residents likewise expressed gratitude for the bountiful harvest they had.
