Tuloy ang laban! Gemma Lubigan vows ‘new’ Trece Martires

Mar 24, 2019 @ 9:56

The widow of slain Trece Martires vice mayor Alexander Lubigan vows to make the town “new” should she win the hotly contested mayoralty race.

Gemma Lubigan posted a video on her Facebook page on March 20 reliving memories of her late husband.

Alexander was killed in an ambush in Trece Martires in July last year.

The caption of Gemma’s post read: “Kasama nyo po ako mamamayang Treceño, ramdam ko ang mga hinaing at pangangailangan nyo. Titindigan at ipaglalaban ko kayo para sa BAGONG TRECE.”

She vowed to implement “concrete” programs that will benefit all residents in case she becomes Trece Martires’ new mayor.

Challenging Gemma’s mayoralty bid are former mayor Melancio “Jun” De Sagun Jr., father of incumbent local chief executive Melencio De Sagun, and incumbent Vice Mayor Denver Colorado.
