Tanauan Mayor Jhoanna Corona disassociates her family from damaging FB page

Mar 7, 2019 @ 14:39

Fake news and fake Facebook pages continue to abound during this election season, and Tanauan Mayor Jhoanna Corona is not immune from them.

Corona, in a Facebook post, denounced the Facebook page “Tanauan, Higit sa Lahat” which she says uses her campaign slogan. But the page does not belong to her and has nothing to do with her, she said.

She said the page was a desperate move by her rivals to destroy her name, that of Board Member Fred Corona, and the rest of their slate.

But their style was different because they would focus on talking about their programs and plans for the city, she added.

Don’t fall for dirty tactics!

Marami pong salamat,” Corona posted.
